If you engage Leroy Allen as your consultant, 100% of the contract value is credited toward the professional services
If you buy art from Leroy Allen 60% of the contract value is credited toward professional services or construction goal.
If Leroy Allen as the client’s broker and purchases art on behalf of the client, 10% of the contract value is credit toward the professional services or construction goal.
